At Fresh Pick Mushrooms, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. All orders are processed and fulfilled within 14 calendar days from the date payment is received, unless otherwise stated during checkout or in follow-up correspondence.

Once payment has been successfully received, we begin processing your order. Processing times may vary based on product availability, order volume, or unforeseen delays, but we aim to fulfill and ship all orders within the 14-day window.

Shipping Timelines
Shipping time refers to the transit period after your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on your location, shipping method selected, and carrier performance. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Delays and Exceptions
In rare instances where we are unable to meet the 14-day fulfillment period due to factors outside our control (such as supplier delays, extreme weather events, or carrier issues), we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated estimated shipping date.
